Power of Attorney

The process consist of the following. First preparing the Power of Attorney, then it must be signed before a Notary Public and last it has to be legalized by the Brazilian Consulate. After this process the Power of Attorney is ready to be used in Brazil.

GRANTOR (who is giving the power of attorney)

- Marital Status
- Occupation
- Brazilian ID (RG) or Passport or Brazilian or American driver’s license
- Brazilian Tax ID (CPF) if you have one
- Full Address

GRANTEE (to whom you are giving the powers to)
- Full Name
- Nationality
- Marital Status
- Occupation
- Brazilian ID (RG) or Passport or Brazilian or American driver’s license
- Brazilian Tax ID (CPF) if you have one
- Full Address
